Type to Learn Update (Carol Collier)
$999.99/school web-based site license
$799.99 with valid prior license

Using Technology with Instructional Strategies that Work Carol Craven shared how Windermere tech team has used the concepts in this book to plan staff development. One model Windermere has implemented is a 6-station session from 3-4, primarily led by staff. Hand-outs highlighting educational application of session topics were distributed to staff before the sessions. Barrington tech team members identified much potential in this staff development format for Barrington.

Next regularly scheduled meeting: March 3 Tech Team determined the need to meet sooner to finalize a staff development plan
Possibly present staff development at Learning Team Meeting on February 24
Perhaps 6 sessions; may even duplicate topics in different locations
Next Tech meeting: Thursday, January 29 3:00 p.m.
